Message	Leakdowns under 20% are generally acceptable. Not being there to hear where the air is leaking.. it's hard for anyone to say. My money is on the valves needing adjusted or carbon deposits. Then next being rings.. etc. But, without being there that is a whole lot of assumptions and guesswork.
